For this project, we designed a 160 m² area of coworking center in Brussels. We worked on the design of the general area, the meeting rooms, the podcast studio, and the layout of each of the 34 available offices.
It was important to capture the mood of the Californian desert, the sun, and the beach. Therefore decorative coverings with Californian themes were integrated into the design. The color scheme included warm shades of subtropics, wooden boards, and decorative elements referring to the beach theme.
Challenges: Work with the corridor space. It was important to take away the feel of a tunnel and diversify this area, making the corridor not a monotone. We were able to do this by working with the planes of the walls, floor and ceiling.
We have solved this problem by working with the different surfaces of the walls
A characteristic feature of the design of this co-working space was the use of different textures and ornaments, which gave the interior a more homely and eclectic look and a special atmosphere.
