The future coworking space was an L-shaped space of 900 m2. It was necessary to place several private offices with a total capacity of 100 posts, a shared working space with 30 seats, an open space for 25 people, a lounge, 4 meeting rooms with different capacities, 5 individual booths, a kitchen with a dining area and even a corner for relaxation.

While working on the concept of this project, each designer of the team suggested several ideas, of which we identified the most exciting and relevant for this project: urban style with concrete, brick and graffiti, eco-theme and greenery inside, boho and rattan, integration of sports and industrial facilities. By combining all these techniques, we have obtained Urban Garden – a collective garden inside the urban jungle, in the same way, that coworking is treated as an oasis among office spaces without identity.

Challenges: The project implementation process always brings adjustments. In this case, we also had to sacrifice some ideas to reduce costs while maintaining the overall project concept. For example, the MO has refused to introduce sports equipment that is not yet a priority. We temporarily abandoned urban graphic techniques, such as yellow street markings on the concrete coworking floor.

Artificial plants have replaced many plants due to the complexity of caring for natural flowers. We did not hang the swings but placed comfortable rattan deckchairs and chairs. The graffiti has been implemented using a slightly different technique, improving the project.

Many solutions proved to be even more successful in reality. So, for example, we were worried that in the common space of the coworking the tables would be very tight, but in reality this space is still very spatial.
